
Post-Detox
Don’t let your hard work go to waste! Stay away from the “toxins” in meat, sugar, dairy, caffeine and some grains. I highly recommend following my “A, B, C’s” of dieting taught in The Ultimate New York Diet and The Ultimate New York Body Plan.
Re-establish healthy intestines with probiotics (my version: Probiotic Balance™).
Identify your food vice. What is the one food that triggers you to overeat or binge? Try going at least 2 days (5 if you can!) without this food. You can do it!
