This is simplified with automated menus and recipes for each day of the 2 week program based on David’s A, B, C, D, E, and F of nutrition. No Alcohol, Breads, Starchy Carbs, Dairy, Sweets, and Fruits. Meals will consist of lean protein and vegetables.
Use the UNYBP Online Exercise Tool to keep track of your automated step by step exercise routines for each day of the 2 week program based on your fitness levels. The exercises featured in this tool not only target those trouble spots but boost overall strength and energy levels!
