His form tips throughout are superb and I learned a few new things that I didn't know after working out for 10 years. I particularly like the one half hour workouts so I can add cardio and still get it done in an hour. The entire set is classy - from the packaging to the different warmups and cooldowns for each dvd. Most instructors give you the same ole warmup but not David. Any level of fitness can do these workouts and get good results. Although I'm 59, I work out often and am in pretty darn good shape.
